General
We’re open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, except legal holidays. For events, our space can be used until 10:00 PM.
Not at all! Everyone is welcome. Raya residents and guests from nearby communities can use HiveVridge. Non-Raya visitors entering by car simply need to register with the entrance guard and leave a valid ID.
HiveVridge is open to students, professionals, freelancers, entrepreneurs, vloggers, content creators, and anyone looking for a productive space. We also accommodate meetings, seminars, workshops, and small events.
Workspace & Services
You can work, study, meet, collaborate, or host small events. We also offer:

- Event and venue rental
Yes! We encourage using our meeting room for calls and online meetings. If you’re using the open workspace, please use noise-reducing headphones or earphones and keep your voice at a comfortable level. Our open balcony area is also available as an alternative workspace.

Yes! We want HiveVridge to be a place where students can focus, study, learn, and collaborate. Student rates are available. Contact us for the latest rates and booking details.

For coworking, walk-ins may be accommodated depending on availability. Advance reservations are recommended for meeting rooms,and private events.
Yes! Hivevridge can be booked for private functions, meetings, seminars, workshops, and small gatherings. Contact us for our current event rates and availability.
Food & Events
Snacks are available for purchase at HiveVridge. For full meals and event catering, a partner restaurant is located downstairs by the clubhouse and offers food packs and catering packages.
Our community chef also offers special rates and packages for HiveVridge clients. Contact us and we’ll be happy to connect you.
Yes! For coworking and meeting room bookings, snacks are available for purchase inside HiveVridge. For private events, you may bring your own food, caterer, or supplier. Please inform us in advance so we can arrange the necessary gate pass for entry into the community.
